Established in 1964, Whitford Riding Stables is a friendly competition, livery and training yard, owned by Sarah Hedges and run by Sarah’s family with a small, dedicated team of staff. There is a wide variety of safe and sensible school horses for children and adults of all sizes and abilities. Share the fun of horse and pony riding, from an early age, small children especially welcome from 4 years of age. Private/group lessons, from £17.00 per hour, Fun day holiday courses from £40.00 per day.
We run private and group lessons all day Saturday and Sunday and for those of you that are far too busy at the weekend we run childrens after school sessions, starting at 3.30pm. For the adults we can arrange lessons before or after work, and afternoons while the children are at school.
