Taste Italia Cookery School
The Taste-Italia cookery schools were started in 2002 by Leo and Maureen Smith. They are found in six beautiful, historic locations in Tuscany and Le Marche. In October 2004, we started our new garden school in Billericay with a year-around programme of day classes, and the school has an extensive kitchen garden which supplies the classes with fresh and seasonal vegetables. Taste-Italia was awarded the Spirit of Enterprise award for 2005 by the Essex Newspaper Group. It has received extensive press coverage by the national press, and has been featured on BBC 2 and Channel 4. Specialist courses are also offered by Taste-Italia, including: Children's courses Family courses Gardening/cookery Singles classes Eating for health Corporate team building All classes are friendly and informal, and are designed to make you relax. Everyone is welcome.
