Hengistbury Head Bereavement Group.
Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre are offering a nature-focused bereavement group to provide social support and the therapeutic benefits of nature.
The group is open to anyone who has lost someone in their lives and would like to take some time out in nature with others. They usually meet on Tuesdays between 10am and 12pm at the centre and members of the group don’t need to commit to visiting every week.
The free sessions include a hot drink and activities like building a bug hotel and bird houses .
