It's a great way for adults and children to enjoy time together creating their own special pottery masterpieces!
Painting on pottery is fun and very easy for adults and children of all ages and abilities to enjoy. Even first time visitors find it so easy to create something wonderful to treasure, and there are so many different pottery ideas or painting techniques, you are sure to be inspired and have fun!
The Kiln is owned by Sue Wines, whose aim is to ensure everyone has a great and relaxing visit. We now have tea and cake too!

What is Painting Your Own Pottery All About? The Kiln is all about having fun and relaxing whilst painting and creating individualised pottery. And the best bit is that IT IS EASY!

1. Choose what to paint

2. We explain all you need to know

3. You paint your pottery

4. We glaze and fire it for you

5. You collect the finished item the following week.

You will be amazed at how creative and clever you really are! We can also arrange the perfect birthday party for creative kids at the Kiln. Or even take away pottery in a bag and do it at home.
