Tai Chi originates from China & was initially developed as a martial art over 500 years ago. Now a popular form of exercise, practised throughout the world, it is beneficial for health, fitness & well-being.
Techniques & skills are developed on a personal & individual level. Enjoyed at any age, it caters to all levels of fitness. Classes are relaxed & friendly, & new beginners are always welcome. Exercises are performed gently and slowly & regular practice will improve balance, posture, coordination, flexibility & emotional well-being.

Come & join Becky & learn to line dance in a fun & friendly atmosphere. Monday: Kenilworth. Tuesday: Wellesbourne.
Line dances are choreographed dances performed in unison by a group of people in rows. Anybody can do it and the steps are easy to learn. The NHS advises regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture & muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, and beating stress.
