The Big Neighbourhood Winter Windowland Trail

2dbbc6896744b397de0a1434833f40fb.jpgThis December, join families and homes across the UK taking part in the fantastically festive Big Neighbourhood Winter Windowland Trail, hosted by ARTventurers and in partnership with Raring2Go and Twinkl.

Festive lights and snowy scenes, sparkly stars and Christmas elves…..use your creativity and imagination to decorate a festive window in your home and together we can create a magical Winter Windowland in our local neighbourhoods!

Then, on the weekend of the 19th/20th December, children and their families can take part in The Big Neighbourhood Winter Windowland Trail – a safe and fun festive activity that everyone can enjoy, whilst so many of the traditional Christmas events and activities for families can’t take place this year.

If you’re on Facebook there’s a busy community group (search for festive Big Neighbourhood Winter Windowland Trail) that you can join to keep up to date and get design inspiration and over the next couple of weeks some fantastic free resources will be appearing courtesy of ARTventurers and Twinkl to help you and your little ones with your decorating – together with the official trail sheet!

Christmas 2020 will be a difficult one for many people and we’d love to use The Big Neighbourhood Winter Wonderland Trail to help spread the festive cheer. It’s free to join in with the trail but we’d love it if, when you do take part either by putting up your festive window display or following the trail in December, you would either make a donation to FareShare, 1d296245f1e880fe2dab375e272f213d.jpgthe food redistribution charity, through the dedicated Just Giving page (coming soon!) or make a donation to your local food bank. Together we can create a brighter Christmas for families most in need.
