DISNEY'S wayfaring heroine, MOANA has put her mark to a new range of children's glasses, exclusive to Specsavers.
The adventurous teenager and star of Disney's latest film MOANA - out December 2 - will feature on four new frames landing in stores on October 19.
For a strong and courageous look, like the leading lady herself, each pair of glasses mimics Moana's Polynesian heritage.
The Moana glasses are priced at £64 and free for under-16s with an NHS optical voucher. All come fitted with flex-hinges and scratch resistant lenses with a UV filter. Plus children can also choose an additional free pair of frames in the Specsavers' kids get two free pairs offer.
'We went to check out the new selection of moana glasses that specsavers are offering as part of their children's range.
Specsavers already offer a great range of Disney Princess glasses but these based on the new Disney film are a great alternative to the very pink range of girls glasses usually on offer. They were a range of bright colours such as turquoise and orange and have nice detailing on the sides which fits with the polynesium vibe of the film.
They also feature a small picture of the heroine herself, which was a really nice touch. There was a choice of moulded plastic or metal frames and the branch we visited had six different styles to choose from.
My daughter loved them and found all the frames very comfortable. She preferred the plastic frames and really liked the flowers on the arms of the glasses.
A great selection of glasses for those little girls who admire a different kind of Princess.'
